Reporting to the Senior Manager, Executive Operations, you will streamline daily office functions, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors. Key responsibilities include managing incoming calls, mail, meeting room setups, and vendor relations, all while supporting various departments. Your organizational skills will enhance the overall efficiency of the Toronto office and contribute to a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist all visitors to the Toronto office
• Manage incoming calls and overall office security
• Oversee mail, couriers, and meeting room bookings
• Liaise with IT for meeting technology needs
• Plan staff social and charitable events throughout the year
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a professional office setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Initiative and ownership in assigned tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
