In your role, you will support the Senior Manager and the construction team by handling various administrative tasks. With at least two years of relevant experience, your skills will ensure the efficiency of daily operations, documentation management, and vendor communications. You'll be expected to prepare reports, handle accounts payable tasks, and maintain project documentation in compliance with internal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide essential support to the Construction Services team
• Prepare and distribute monthly construction project updates
• Maintain comprehensive filing systems for documentation
• Manage financial documentation, including invoicing
• Coordinate preparation of RFQs and client presentations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education with administrative focus
• Over two years of relevant administrative experience
• High proficiency in MS Office and Yardi
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Quick learner with strong communication abilities
