Make an impact with our Quality team as a Senior Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities- Prepare correspondence materials including templates, documents, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations and Excel workbooks; reviewing and modifying as required
- Research, compile and summarize data and key information
- Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, travel arrangements, and other business activities
- Coordinate meeting agendas and supporting materials; record minutes and action items to distribute or archive as required
- Support leaders with calendar and email management
- Support leaders with invoicing and preparation of expense reports for submission
- Support day to day operations including drafting team communications, coordinating team member on / off boarding, maintaining distributions lists, reviewing time codes, and approving expense reports
- Maintain process documentation and contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
- Work collaboratively with other team members and leaders
- Build relationships and communicate regularly with key stakeholders
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, business, and industry
- Maintain flexibility to work overtime, as required
- 5+ years of increasingly complex administrative responsibilities
- Written and verbal English language skills, with French considered an asset
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage time in a fast paced and agile environment
- Strong attention to detail and client service focus
- Demonstrated ability to move tasks forward with minimal direction, including the ability to influence others to keep tasks on track and proactively raise concerns as needed
- Strong critical thinking and professional judgement skills to apply guidelines and best practices consistently across tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to communicate professionally at all levels
- Any of the following would be considered an asset:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration
- Prior experience working with senior leaders in a Professional Services environment

- The annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000.
