Become a key member as a Project Administrator with Assystem Canada, supporting low-carbon projects and administrative processes. This position focuses on quality assurance and document control.

Assystem Canada is in search of a Project Administrator to assist project teams as we expand our presence in the nuclear and energy sectors. Candidates should have a relevant diploma or degree and at least one year of experience in project administration.

Your role will involve managing documentation, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and coordinating necessary security clearances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project documentation and maintain organized records

• Support in scheduling meetings and tracking project milestones

• Assist onboarding processes for project teams and subcontractors

• Maintain compliance with Assystem's Integrated Management System

• Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• College diploma or university degree in a relevant field

• 1 year of experience in project administration or coordination

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Knowledge of document management practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint platforms
