Position: Project Coordinator for Operations at HTM
Support essential services at Hope the Mission as a Project Coordinator for Operations in Chatsworth, CA. Take lead on request management and vendor coordination within a mission-driven framework.

In this pivotal role, you will be integral to the Operations Department at HTM, responsible for coordinating various requests that impact service delivery. Your efforts will ensure timely resource allocation and maintain crucial compliance documentation that supports HTM’s initiatives in combating poverty and homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle intake and prioritization of requests in MaintainX system

• Assign tasks to appropriate staff or vendors based on trade

• Ensure all requests are acknowledged within 24 hours

• Monitor ticket statuses and elevate issues as needed

• Maintain documentation for compliance and vendor records

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred

• At least two years in a coordination or operations role

• Familiar with vendor management processes

• CalOSHA 10 Certification required within 90 days

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ticket management systems
