As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in client engagement and operational support. You will ensure professionalism in all visitor interactions and maintain the integrity of the shelter's environment. Your organizational skills will help streamline processes and support effective communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage visitor greetings and appointment verification
• Respond to inquiries with accurate information
• Ensure the reception area is well-maintained
• Assist in office supply coordination and inventory
• Handle invoice processing and vendor coordination
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Six months of experience in a similar role preferable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Capable of lifting and moving supplies as needed
