Position: Execution-Focused Executive Assistant Role
Take on a critical role as an Execution-Focused Executive Assistant supporting the Principal Lawyer and CFO. This active role emphasizes structured coordination, clear communication, and operational efficiency.
Your main function will be removing administrative and operational burdens to allow for focused decision-making and execution. You’ll engage in meeting management, task organization via Asana, and the preparation of detailed briefing notes that ensure optimal meeting outcomes. Your expertise in task management will be crucial for maintaining accountability within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend key meetings to capture structured decision minutes

• Input tasks into Asana and monitor their progress

• Prepare briefing notes with agenda and context for meetings

• Organize workspace and manage incoming communications

• Review and analyze reports identifying performance gaps
Requirements:
