As a junior PCO, you will bridge the gap between multi-disciplinary project workstreams, internal partners, and leadership teams. Operating within a hybrid work model, you will coordinate complex meeting cadences, maintain decision logs and risk registers, consolidate status updates, and support routine financial tracking. Responsibilities
Coordinate calendars, meetings, working groups, agendas, materials, meeting minutes, decision records, and follow-up action logs across implementation teams.
Schedule recurring and ad hoc project sessions, ensuring all participants receive timely context, documentation, and pre-meeting materials.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including action item lists, decision logs, status summaries, briefing notes, presentations, and official correspondence.
Maintain document repositories, trackers, templates, and shared workspaces to ensure project records are accurate, properly labeled, and easily accessible.
Gather progress updates from workstream leads, review content for completeness and consistency, and follow up to clarify missing details or next steps.
Apply critical thinking to identify scheduling conflicts, documentation gaps, unclear accountabilities, overdue deliverables, or risks requiring escalation.
Facilitate information flow across workstreams, internal partners, and external stakeholders to promote transparent communication.
Support project managers with risk register maintenance, routine status reporting, document preparation, and request tracking.
Assist with basic project financial coordination, including budget tracking, invoice review, expense processing, and procurement administration.

Administrative & Project Support
Experience:
Proven experience providing executive, administrative, or project coordination support in a professional, multi-stakeholder environment with competing priorities.
Scheduling & Organizational Mastery:
Strong scheduling, prioritization, time management, critical thinking, and follow-through skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify gaps and clarify next steps.
Software Proficiency:
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, Teams, and collaboration tools.
Communication & Documentation:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear meeting notes, briefing materials, status reports, and presentations.
