Key Responsibilities:
• Process life insurance applications efficiently
• Assume ownership of assigned case files
• Order underwriting documents as needed
• Maintain contact with advisors regarding application status
• Ensure issued policies are accurate before distribution
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of relevant administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Wealth Serv
• Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Bilingual English and French is advantageous
