We are a dynamic, litigation‑focused law firm dedicated to delivering results‑driven representation for corporate, high‑net worth, and institutional clients. The Business Development Executive will take full ownership of client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities- Generate conversions, leads, and build/nurture new business relationships (inbound & outbound)
- Identify and engage prospective clients, referral sources, and corporate targets
- Assist the Legal Group during retainer negotiations and deal completion
- Execute the firm’s annual business development strategy in line with company goals
- Own KPIs and weekly performance metrics while maintaining brand identity
- Maintain a high‑quality CRM and lead‑tracking ecosystem
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership on sales strategies and account management
- Plan, attend, and lead firm‑sponsored events, networking sessions, and conferences
- Monitor budget, lead acquisition costs, and relationship management
- Create and present monthly reports with actionable insights for management
- Work with the marketing team to support branding, campaigns, and messaging alignment
- Operates independently with no hand‑holding
- Can get “boots on the ground” swiftly without excessive strategy building
- Is proficient with modern AI tooling and business development tech (e.g., CRM)
- Can clearly strategize, defend, and communicate tactics while owning outcomes
- Delivers consistently high output across channels, campaigns, and reporting
- Understands and can improve business development infrastructure and systems
- Pays obsessive attention to detail—nothing gets missed or glossed over
- Is data‑driven and thrives in fast‑paced, results‑first environments

- 4–8+ years of business development or sales experience in a high‑output, performance‑driven environment
- Minimum 3+ years in the legal industry or professional services
- Proven ability to manage and execute campaigns tied to revenue metrics and ROI
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hub Spot or similar) and lead pipelines
- Experience working directly with legal, marketing, or consulting professionals
- Excellent written communication and project management skills with ownership mindset
- Experience developing corporate client relationships and navigating procurement processes
- Practical knowledge of B2B service sales funnels
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Communications, or related field (MBA or sales certifications are a plus)
- Highly developed negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Obsessive about quality, detail, and performance excellence
