Director Business Development (SaaS Pharma Platform)
We’re partnering with a fast-growing Pharma Consulting Business to hire for a newly created vacancy for an Associate Director Business Development. This role will be responsible for building smart planning and competitive intelligence tools for SMEs Pharma and Biotech clients globally.
This is a pure new business role for someone who likes autonomy, ownership, and closing deals, not waiting for leads to land in their lap. If you don't have true HUNTER mentality this role is not what you are looking for.
💼 The RoleYou’ll own new logo sales across two core products:
- A conference planning tool (typical deal size: $5k–$7.5k
)
Your mission:
generate $500k - $600,000 in new revenue through proactive prospecting and full-cycle sales execution.
- Building and managing your own pipeline
- Running discovery, demos, and commercial conversations
- Selling to SME decision-makers across global Life Science markets
- Working closely with a hands-on, commercially minded leadership team
- Proven B2B SaaS seller with a hunter mindset
- Proactive, driven, and commercially sharp
- Low ego, high ownership, happy to roll your sleeves up

- Hybrid setup: 2 days per week in the London office
