The Senior Product Manager acts as the strategic "General Manager" for Questrade’s core secured lending portfolio. In this pivotal leadership role, you will hold accountability for the end‑to‑end product lifecycle of our residential mortgage suite, balancing the dual mandate of optimizing high‑volume portfolios while architecting complex new lending products. Beyond strategy, you will act as a "player‑coach", providing mentorship to agile teams and navigating a complex matrix of stakeholders—including Risk, Legal, and Operations—to ensure lending solutions are compliant, scalable, and operationally sound.

• Own the full product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap definition to delivery and operational readiness.
• Accountable for the P&L, ensuring products are profitable, compliant, and operationally scalable.
• Define and manage the residential product roadmap, prioritizing features based on market needs, business value, and strategic objectives.

• Lead and mentor cross‑functional agile development teams, ensuring adherence to agile best practices and managing dependencies to meet the "Definition of Done".
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, design, risk, and operations to define scope and priorities, bridging commercial goals with technical execution.

• Monitor product performance metrics, funnel conversion, and user adoption, reporting updates to executive stakeholders.
