About Our Project Management Craft:
Our Project Management craft brings structure, clarity, and momentum to client work across Klick. We partner closely with cross-functional teams to guide timelines, budgets, and delivery excellence. By building strong relationships, anticipating needs, and supporting decision-making, we help ensure our teams deliver meaningful, high-quality solutions for clients. Project Managers contribute to operational health, team alignment, and the overall success of complex initiatives.

The Business Manager supports our project management and client success teams by maintaining accurate financial reporting and ensuring smooth financial operations across client programs. This role provides essential reporting, invoicing, and data insights that help inform planning and decision-making. Working closely with delivery leads, operations, and finance partners, the Business Manager contributes to an organized, transparent, and cohesive approach to client financial management.

• Maintain accurate financial processes, templates, and reporting across active projects and programs
• Manage monthly invoicing, media reporting, and financial continuity across platforms
• Compile data and insights to support forecasting and leadership decision-making
• Coordinate budgeting, reforecasting, and client-facing financial reporting cycles
• Partner with project management, business teams, and finance to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency

Required:

• 4–6 years of experience in a financial coordination, reporting, or business operations role
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities, including building data-driven reports
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and maintain accurate reporting
• Strong mathematical and analytical problem-solving abilities
• Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal

• Experience supporting project management, media, finance, or operations teams
• Ability to identify process improvements or tooling opportunities
• Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment and adopting new technologies
• Experience collaborating across multiple functional teams

This posting is for an existing vacancy  base salary range for this position is between CAD $80,000 - $100,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate s work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
