Business Analyst

Overview

The Data & Reporting Analyst supports business stakeholders by delivering accurate reporting, analysis, and insights to support decision-making and performance measurement.

• Produce and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business accountability and results tracking.
• Review, scrub, validate, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze trends, variances, and performance metrics; interpret and communicate findings.
• Design, build, and enhance dashboards using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Query and extract data from data warehouses using SQL.
• Improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and data quality.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of new data sources, programs, or initiatives.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting for special projects as needed.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, processes, and controls.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL and data querying.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with data preparation tools is an asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.

$40.00 / Hour
