About the OpportunityJoin a forward‑thinking financial institution as a Business Continuity Management (BCM) Business Partner and play a pivotal role in ensuring operational resilience across the organization. You’ll work closely with the Leader, Business Continuity Management & Corporate Insurance, and collaborate with multiple business units to maintain, test, and continuously improve Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Business Impact Analyses (BIAs). Your work ensures that essential functions continue seamlessly during and after disruptions or disasters, while aligning with regulatory and audit requirements.

- You’ll document technical business processes, critical resources, systems, and controls to support seamless operations during disruptions, preparing and updating corporate and product BIAs and BCPs.
- You’ll ensure the accurate transition of BIAs and BCPs into the Service Now BCM Module, maintaining strong data integrity.
- You’ll develop, enhance, and execute BCM testing programs, including tabletop exercises, call tree testing, and evacuations, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
- You’ll facilitate exercises and liaise with stakeholders for successful delivery, supporting the annual Crisis Management Team exercise.
- You’ll ensure the BCM Program meets contractual and regulatory standards throughout its lifecycle.
- You’ll communicate the BCM Program clearly to stakeholders across the organization.
- You’ll collaborate with business units on annual BCM planning, updates, and new BIAs/BCPs.
- You’ll complete post‑incident and post‑test reports, documenting findings, gaps, and action items.
- You’ll maintain current program documentation and ensure all processes, controls, and HUB materials are updated weekly or as needed.
- You’ll provide regular updates to keep initiatives, assignments, and projects on track.
- You’ll act as a backup to the other BCM Business Partner and take on additional tasks assigned by the Leader.
- 6–10 years of BCM experience within a financial institution (Schedule I or II), IT department, commercial/lending platform, or fintech
- CBCP or equivalent certification in good standing
- Experience with emergency management, crisis response, crisis management, and exercises
- Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 22301, ISO 27001, etc.)
- Experience with regulatory compliance and BCM audit remediation
- Proven track record developing and maintaining BIAs, BCPs, testing programs, and reporting
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
- Strong technical, analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and project management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools and BCM software, including Service Now, Audit Board, and Everbridge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including working directly with the Leader
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deliverables in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience delivering training and awareness programs
