• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor, applying structured problem‑solving to high‑impact Corporate Strategy challenges.
• Work across the enterprise, engaging directly with business leaders to tackle complex and varied strategic questions.
• Support decisions at the highest levels, contributing to deliverables for the Executive Team and Board of Directors.
• Independently lead analyses, using a hypothesis‑driven, data‑informed approach to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Research and develop perspectives on emerging trends and opportunities, informing enterprise priorities and long‑term planning.
• Craft high‑quality deliverables that clearly communicate insights and drive decision‑making.

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similarly rigorous strategic environment.
• Experience developing strategies across a range of problem types (e.g., new market entry, product innovation, portfolio evaluation, competitive analysis).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and business acumen, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured, actionable insights.
• Outstanding communication skills, especially in developing clear, visually compelling presentations that distill complex ideas.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance research, analysis, or productivity.
• Strong verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions.
• Proven collaborator, comfortable working independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Insurance industry experience is not necessary.

Salary Range: $73,500 - $123,500
