Akkodis is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead and conduct end‑to‑end business analysis supporting complex health I&IT initiatives. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders across clinical, business, vendor, and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements and support delivery through to transition and adoption.

• Prepare and advise on BA policies, standards, templates, and best practices to drive a consistent BA practice.
• Perform business/process/data modeling (conceptual & logical), data/process flow mapping, business rules, non‑functional requirements, and use case modeling/surveys.
• Analyze defects with delivery teams and support remediation.
• Support data migration planning, mapping, validation, and reconciliation from legacy to provincial systems.

• Business Analysis Plan & Traceability
  :
  Requirements management plan, stakeholder map, and end‑to‑end traceability from business needs to test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Requirements & Design Artifacts
  : BRDs/FRDs, use cases, process maps (BPMN), conceptual/logical data models, non‑functional requirements, report specifications.
• Change Impact & Readiness
  :
  Impact assessments for enhancements/defects/upgrades; readiness checklists; training/knowledge‑transfer artifacts.

Must Have:

• Proven experience leading and conducting business analysis at varying levels of detail to assess business problems/opportunities and document requirements so technology solutions can be determined.
• Hands‑on experience with business modeling; use case modeling; conceptual & logical data modeling; process/data flow modeling; use case surveys; business rules; and non‑functional requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and drive negotiations to successful outcomes.

Nice to Have:

• Enhanced metrics dashboards and visualizations to support leadership decision‑making.
• BA practice assets (standards, SOPs, templates) for reuse across programs.
