This position is provisionally Onsite/Hybrid, requiring 7.25 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.
About the EngagementAkkodis is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst (Physician Engagement) to support planning, analysis, and coordinated physician‑engagement activities across Pb4P initiatives. The role works closely with project managers, clinical leads, product teams, and change management to translate clinical perspectives into actionable insights that guide program design, implementation, and adoptio.
Scope- Provide recommendations on test strategy, test plans, tools, and resource requirements.
- Plan and organize testing efforts for large enterprise systems in GUI and non‑GUI environments, including SIT, integration, performance, load, stress, and UAT.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize clinician and partner feedback into actionable requirements, workflow impacts, and engagement insights.
- Produce well‑structured business analysis artefacts including requirements documents, engagement summaries, issue logs, decision records, and briefing materials.
- Align physician engagement findings with product development, change management, communications, and deployment plans.
- 5+ years conducting requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and developing BA documentation (briefing notes, presentations, analysis).
- Strong understanding of Ontario primary care and referral systems, including clinical workflows and operational structures.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills across clinical, business, and technical partners.
- Experience translating clinical and operational needs into actionable requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile, structured, and object‑oriented requirement‑gathering methods.
- Experience developing performance measures for BA evaluation and follow‑up.
