Expected Salary Range: $80487 - $100609 Annually
Target Variable Performance Pay: 8%
The salary range shown above reflects the expected compensation for this position. The final salary offered will be determined based on a holistic assessment of the candidate’s experience, education, training, and alignment with the role’s requirements. For positions covered by a collective agreement, placement within the range will follow the applicable step or classification.
The Operation Support Services Analyst provides support in the effective business operations within the Supply Chain and Procurement Services department.
Responsibilities include:
process development, change management, policy analysis, data gathering, data analysis, identifying gap/variance/trend, conducting research and preparing reports, leading or supporting department projects and programs and providing recommendations against findings to support departmental performance objectives. Additionally, the role provides support to leaders in the day-to-day operations of the group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the identification, creation, development and maintenance of business process flows.Support implementation of Supply Chain Services Procurement Standards.Update Procurement Policy and advises business units of any changesDevelop governing performance standards as well as training material relevant to the processSupport testing and implementation of various system enhancements in SAP & ARIBA, BI.Develop, test, and implement reporting to enhance operational efficiencyMonitor, track, gather, analyze, and present data with recommendations for decision makingSupport assigned departmental projects and programs. This includes conducting research on best practices, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, provide recommendations, and managing project through to implementation and post-evaluationSupport Emergency Management as it relates to Supply ChainSupport Strategic Sourcing, RFx and contract negotiation processPrepare and analyzes Supply Chain departmental metrics and scorecardsIdentify gaps and provide sustainable options for continuous business improvement associated with the group. Continuously seek process and business improvements and provide recommendationsConduct cost benefit studies and develop business casesAssist in the preparation of annual budgets, estimates, forecasting dataSupport day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain teamREQUIREMENTS:
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalentThree (3) to Five (5) years of experience in the areas of Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business OperationsKnowledge and experience with managing and implementing complex business projectsKnowledge and experience with data analysis and researchCPIM, SCMP designations or equivalent designation are an assetAdvanced data analysis including but not limited to SQL, Excel, Power Pivot, BI Cubes, SAP is an assetKnowledge and experience with process developmentExperience in an operationally focused environment is an assetKnowledge of SAP and Ariba is an assetAble to manage project schedule, scope, and implementation strategyExcellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word & PowerPoint); ability to build and automate reports and use statistical methodologies for tracking performance or building modelsExperience in compiling and presenting reports; must be detailed orientedExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAble to influence, gain support and commitment from othersTOTAL REWARDS
