Who You Are
You are a pure hunter — energized by opening doors, creating demand, and winning new business.
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving net-new agency revenue by following Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to prospect, pitch, and close brands in a specified set of verticals where titus/one has deep expertise.
This role is focused entirely on new client acquisition. You’ll own the full sales lifecycle — from outbound prospecting and discovery to proposal, close, and handoff — while partnering closely with senior leadership to position titus/one as a long-term, strategic growth partner.
You’re comfortable selling managed services and monthly recurring retainers, not one-off executions, and you can confidently explain how titus/one generates tangible results, continually improves ROAS, and provides leadership in the game-changing world of AEO.

Experience in Cannabis, Alcohol, Telecom, or Travel & Leisure is a strong asset, but not required.
