Your role and responsibilities
The IBM Canada Consulting Salesforce practice is seeking to hire experienced consulting sales and delivery leaders to help drive client successful outcomes for our clients. The Associate Partner role is a hands‑on sales, delivery and management role with a targeted focus on Public Sector or Financial Services Accounts. This individual will have in-depth Salesforce platform and business process knowledge as well as the ability to lead discussions with client decision makers to clearly demonstrate how the Salesforce enables business transformation to drive business results.
Responsibilities include providing advice & counsel to clients on best practices and architecture, oversight & accountability for delivery success, and team leadership with the ultimate goal of achieving the highest level of client satisfaction.
Required technical and professional expertise
Successful candidates will have extensive experience in both Sales and Delivery of successful Salesforce projects. This includes:
the ability to prospect new clients, identify business challenges and goals to develop pipeline
RFX bid leadership including strategy, differentiation, pricing, scope definition and solution development
Working with clients and multi-disciplinary, diverse teams to deliver large transformational programs successfully
Experience working in complex, matrixed environments
Managing teams, including hiring, performance management, career development
Preferred technical and professional experience
Salesforce certifications (Admin or higher)
Industry certifications
Project Management
