ROLE
SUMMARY:
The Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst supports end-to-end supply continuity through data analytics, supplier performance management, and operational planning. This role provides critical insights that help optimize material availability, reduce cost and risk, and improve execution across the supply chain. The analyst works closely with Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure materials are sourced efficiently and delivered on time to support production
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
analyze material requirements, supplier performance, and inbound logistics data to ensure stable supply for production plans.
Monitor inventory levels, lead times, order patterns, and safety stock to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
Support sourcing initiatives by preparing cost models, total-landed-cost analyses, and supply risk assessments.
Track market trends, raw material indices, and supplier capacity to forecast pricing impacts and supply chain vulnerabilities.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to improve visibility into spend, supplier KPIs, and operational performance.
Partner with Planning and supply chain teams to align supply strategies with production schedules, transportation constraints, and warehouse operations.
Assist in supplier onboarding, contract compliance, and continuous improvement programs using data-driven evaluations and scorecards.
Support month-end processes by consolidating procurement and supply chain data for variance analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot supply issues, coordinate escalations, and ensure business continuity.
Maintain procurement system accuracy related to materials, pricing, contracts, and supplier master data.
Collaborate with Regional and Global Procurement teams to align local requirements with enterprise-wide initiatives, benchmarking performance and identifying optimization areas.
Identify, validate, and implement cost-saving and value-engineering initiatives through quantitative assessments and scenario modeling.
Strengthen cross-functional partnerships by supply chain analytical findings and championing data-backed procurement strategies that enhance operational performance.
Analyst risk-mitigation strategies using supplier risk assessments, supply continuity modeling, and market exposure analysis.
Partner with supply chain controllers, pricing teams, and performance managers to deliver month-end reporting, variance analysis, and data-driven forecasting recommendations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or equivalent;
Master’s Degree preferred
2+ Years or more of relevant professional experience
Strong analytical and Project Management skills
