Position Overview

CDEV is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its high-performing team of experienced professionals. This person will report to the Vice President, People & Culture and will be responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the financial services sector. The successful candidate will take ownership of the recruitment process from end to end, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

The selected candidate will be based in either Toronto or Ottawa, currently with a hybrid work option.

Responsibilities

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and onboarding high-caliber talent across the organization. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic recruitment practices with administrative coordination. You will work closely with hiring leaders to understand business needs while managing the day-to-day recruitment and onboarding activities that bring our workforce strategy to life.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, recruitment timelines, and sourcing strategies.
