Atlassian Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Atlassian Confluence, Agile methodologies, and the SAFe Framework. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions, improve processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities   Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Develop detailed documentation and user stories using Atlassian Confluence.
Apply Agile methodologies to manage and prioritize project tasks.
Implement SAFe Framework practices to enhance team collaboration and execution.
Conduct regular meetings to review project progress and address challenges.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes.
Analyze data and generate reports to support strategic planning.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions on Agile and SAFe practices.
Work with IT and development teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
Monitor project performance and provide updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Support change management initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
Promote continuous improvement through feedback and best practices.

Required Qualifications   8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe Framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in a hybrid work environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
