We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Director, Client Experience & Lifecycle Marketing Reporting to the VP, Digital & Client Experience
, to own and evolve the end‑to‑end advisor experience across PICTON Investments’ digital and marketing channels. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining the CX vision, translating it into a clear and actionable roadmap, and ensuring our marketing programs and journeys deliver consistent, relevant, and measurable value at every stage of the advisor lifecycle.
The expected base salary for this role is $100,000–$120,000, with the final number depending on your experience, skills, education, and team budget. On top of that, you’ll be eligible for our discretionary bonus program.

The Director will bring together strategy, journey design, data, and executional alignment, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, and Compliance to ensure experiences are intentional, integrated, and scalable.
