We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirements documentation, Agile methodology, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of customer requirements.
Senior Business Analyst (Agile)Experience

8–10 Years
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirements documentation, Agile methodology, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Document business requirements using standard Business Analysis templates and best practices
- Create detailed User Requirement Specification (URS) and Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather, refine, and submit requirement intakes
- Liaise with Developers and Testers to clarify and validate business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
- Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery
- Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews
- Perform data analysis to support requirement validation and business decision-making
- Strong expertise in Business Analysis
- Hands‑on experience in URS and SRS documentation
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Project Management experience
- Strong understanding of Scrum framework
- Advanced Agile practices knowledge
- Ability to manage cross‑functional discussions effectively
