Our Account Executives work with Account Management leaders to apply knowledge about client’s competitive landscape and understand data/business results and their impact. They should be a capable communication professional able to handle a broad variety of tasks with increasing independence and sound judgment. They are trusted to build relationships across all of Ogilvy’s vast resources and capabilities.
Here’s what you’ll be doing to support the Agency and Client growth
Establishing relationships with clientsBeing the day-to-day project contact with clients, creative teams and other agency partnersWorking integrally with all internal team members to facilitate the process of developing great workBasic understanding of staffing and scoping requirementsRecognizing scope changes and elevating to Account SupervisorsWorking alongside planning and senior account management leaders to produce simple creative briefsStaying a step ahead of your team and client, anticipating their needs and driving next steps proactively.Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExecuting media and advocacy relations activities and has working knowledge of media, influencers, advocates and their needsBasic analysis and presentation of client’s business results and competitive landscapes to clients and agency team membersUnderstanding & respecting every department’s role within OgilvyContributes to the development and presentation of new business programs for potential and existing clients.What You’ll Need
2 + years of industry experience managing “the making” or delivery of great workExperience working on production (shoot, animation, adapt and studio) across a variety of media channels. Experience working on a CPG brand will be an asset. Strong written and verbal communication skillsDeveloped skills in research and analysisDemonstrate strong commercial abilities and business and financial acumenDependable and trusted team memberWillingness to take on new challengesNatural & effective collaboratorGood listenerResilienceAccountability and organization excellenceThe base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
Salary Range $45,000—$95,000 CAD
