As our business grows in both complexity and volume, we are seeking a Director, Communications and Executive Projects to serve as a trusted operational partner to the Co‑Founders and a central integrator across the organization. This role requires range, discretion, and the ability to bring structure to a fast‑moving, founder‑led environment. You will support strategic priorities, oversee communications and administrative operations, and ensure clarity, alignment, and execution across multiple initiatives.

The Director, Founder Operations will function as a hub at the center of Legacy+, ensuring that priorities are aligned, communication is consistent, and execution is seamless. Working directly with the Co‑Founders and leading the Communications Team and Administrative Support Team, this hands‑on operational role will appeal to someone who can think strategically, communicate clearly, and execute with discipline who loves to be in the thick of things all the way to the finish line.

No task is too small. No relationship is transactional. Your mandate is simple: increase founder effectiveness and organizational clarity.

Core Responsibilities
  • Strategic Founder Support
  • Serve as a daily operational and strategic partner to the Co‑Founders
  • Align priorities across initiatives, partnerships, and ventures
  • Prepare executive briefings, talking points, and strategic memos
  • Triage inbound requests and protect founder time
  • Track commitments and ensure follow‑through
  • Anticipate challenges and surface solutions early

You are the connective tissue between vision and execution.

Communications Alignment
  • Oversee the Communications Team and ensure consistency of messaging
  • Review speeches, media briefs, social content, and public‑facing materials
  • Coordinate media appearances and high‑profile engagements
  • Maintain clarity between internal strategy and external narrative
  • Safeguard founder voice, positioning, and brand integrity

You ensure that what is said publicly reflects what is happening internally.

Administrative Operations
  • Lead and support the Administrative Support Team
  • Ensure seamless scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
  • Build systems for follow‑ups, action items, and deliverables
  • Create operational clarity between founder priorities and team execution

You ensure operational excellence behind the scenes.

Stakeholder Relations
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for partners, donors, advisors, and collaborators
  • Manage sensitive communications with discretion and professionalism
  • Support preparation for board meetings, strategic partnerships, and investor conversations
  • Strengthen and maintain high‑value relationships

You represent the founders and the organization with credibility and composure.

Cross‑Initiative Coordination

Legacy+ operates across multiple platforms and collaborations. You will:

  • Ensure alignment between initiatives
  • Reduce duplication and operational friction
  • Support integration between strategy, communications, and execution
  • Identify structural improvements as the organization scales
