- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets in Ontario
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the medical device industry.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of sales management experience in a B2B environment
- Strong sales process
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of healthcare and medical device industry trends would be an asset (or Capital equipment with long sales cycles)
- Experience with tenders/proposals a strong asset
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
