About the RoleReporting to the Senior Manager in the Marketing you’ll play a dual role supporting both a variety of Marketing and Business Development initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams to drive client growth, elevate market presence, and strengthen brand reputation.
What You’ll Do Business Development- Partner with a Senior BD Manager to support practice and industry groups in developing and executing growth strategies
- Conduct research and deliver insights to inform BD planning and initiatives
- Evaluate marketing and BD investments, including preparing business cases and ROI analysis
- Support the preparation of submissions, pitch materials, and client-facing proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams on events, conferences, and sponsor ships
- Contribute to RFPs and new business pitches, including drafting and coordinating materials
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of the company's awards and client success programs.
- Partner with Communications and BD teams to promote company achievements and successes.
- Track, analyze, and report on A&R initiatives to maximize visibility and impact
- Assist with profile development for executives and stakeholders in the organization
- Coordinate attendance and logistics for key award events
- • Bachelor’s degree or diploma
- • 2+ years of experience in marketing (with emphasis on BD), communications, project management, or a related field
- • Experience in a professional services environment is an asset
- • Strong communication and presentation abilities
- • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
- • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- • Sound judgment and ability to identify risks or opportunities
- • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
- • Client-focused with a strong sense of urgency and professionalism
