6-month contract (130 business days) - possible extension

3 days onsite / 2 days remote (subject to HM's discretion) – 55 John St., Toronto, Ontario – 15th Floor

• Evaluate and analyze activities on different work package streams of the Administrative Penalty System (APS) project.
• Shape and craft business solutions to meet desired results.
• Oversee business process analysis and execute collection, elicitation, and recording of business requirements.
• Facilitate meetings and negotiations and settle conflicting priorities between parties involved.
• Perform option analysis and trend analysis.

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis in large organizations.
• BA/BS in Business Administration, Project Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to work independently and self-directed.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers and other IT personnel.
• Ability to effectively facilitate meetings tailored to the audience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office desktop products.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in IT analysis methodologies (e.g., process flow diagram).

• Public sector experience.

• All duties as outlined above.

• Incorporated rate: $61.30/hr – $73.56/hr (billable 7.0 hrs/day)
• T4 rate: $49.04/hr – $58.85/hr (billable 7.0 hrs/day)
