In this role, you will report to the CRO, providing crucial analytical support and insights for HONK's Finance and Revenue teams. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations and demonstrate the ability to convert data into strategic insights.
Your role will be pivotal in enhancing data consistency and reporting quality across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on analysis
• Develop dashboards that highlight significant findings
• Interpret sales data to identify growth opportunities
• Provide insights to inform decision-making and strategy
• Support Sales management with enablement initiatives
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of Sales Operations experience in SaaS
• Proven ability to translate data into insights
• 1+ year in sales onboarding and training
• Proficient in and relevant tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
