Job Title:
Manager, Central Strategy Execution
We’re growing our Central Corporate Strategy Execution team. As a Manager, Strategy Execution, you will support the translation of enterprise strategy into action—helping drive progress on key initiatives, enabling cross‑functional coordination, and ensuring disciplined follow‑through against the organization’s most important goals.
What You’ll Do- Support the day‑to‑day execution of Canada Goose’s corporate strategy by coordinating with cross‑functional teams and helping drive progress against key strategic priorities.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to help translate strategic objectives into executable workplans, including milestones, timelines, and next steps.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and risks, and proactively escalate issues to support effective decision‑making.
- Contribute analytical support and structured problem‑solving to help surface insights, risks, and opportunities.
- Use data, dashboards, and available tools to help track progress, support analysis, and flag insights or risks for review.
- Support collaboration and transparency across teams by promoting clear communication and follow‑through.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, and accountability.
- 3–5 years of experience in strategic development and execution, business management, and transformational change with relevant experience in management consulting or corporate strategy.
- Experience supporting and contributing to cross‑functional initiatives, from early problem framing through execution, with an emphasis on tracking progress and outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to break down questions and organize information clearly.
- Able to build meaningful relationships, positively influence stakeholders, and foster collaboration across different teams and levels.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills – able to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences.
- High‑impact, low‑ego – candid, respectful, and comfortable challenging ideas (not people) with courage and care.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant Master’s an asset but not required.
