Position: Business Analyst Leader for Strategic Derivatives Management
Take the lead in managing derivatives and collateral processes as a Business Analyst Leader. Drive system improvements and collaborate on UAT within the investment platform to align with strategic initiatives.

This role is integral to the success of complex derivatives and collateral management initiatives. You will work directly to optimize the Aladdin platform, ensuring it meets project specifications and quality standards. Your responsibilities include gathering requirements, establishing business processes, and enhancing collaborative efforts across functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize workflows within Black Rock’s Aladdin platform

• Document and manage extensive business requirements

• Develop robust testing plans for user acceptance

• Build strategic connections with business unit leaders

• Ensure documentation meets industry regulatory standards

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Aladdin platform experience

• Deep knowledge of derivatives and collateral management

• 10+ years in Business Analysis in financial environments

• Degree in Business, Finance, or related field required

• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

Drive transformations in derivatives processing frameworks and uphold superior operational standards through effective management and strategic oversight.
