This role seeks a dynamic individual with a strong background in proposal coordination, possessing exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills. You will lead proposal processes, from RFP responses to presentations, while ensuring compliance and high standards throughout. Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve timely and successful outcomes in a fast-paced industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of RFP/RFI/RFQ/SOQ proposals
• Write and edit content for non-technical sections
• Guide proposal teams in producing high-quality deliverables
• Manage proposal timelines and schedule team reviews
• Analyze opportunities and communicate project requirements
Requirements:
• BS/BA or 5 years relevant proposal coordination experience
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in coordination
• Advanced English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
