PwC is seeking a Proposal Manager to manage multiple proposals, specifically in Government and Public Sector projects. This role involves working closely with pursuit teams across various service lines and regions. You will ensure compliance with RFP requirements and assist client service teams in articulating competitive advantages while driving adherence to brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Manage proposals from kickoff to final delivery
- Develop proposal management plans and track progress
- Facilitate kickoff and solutioning sessions
- Ensure RFP compliance throughout the proposal process
- Assist in editing and writing compelling value propositions
- Proven experience in proposal management in financial services
- Knowledge of the proposal process and project management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Adaptability and ability to produce quality work under pressure
- Experience in preparing teams for presentations is a plus
