As Procurement Strategy Manager, you will lead sourcing initiatives within diverse indirect spend categories, ensuring policy adherence and efficient execution of sourcing projects. Your leadership will foster strong relationships among internal teams and outcome-driven negotiations, all while maintaining deep market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategy for sourcing and supplier collaboration
• Coordinate project management for sourcing initiatives
• Utilize innovative sourcing methods to drive savings
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Create regular performance reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Minimum of 5 years in procurement management
• Proven negotiation and people management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems
