This full-time position in the Corporate Affairs sector is pivotal in managing board meetings and ensuring adherence to governance standards. The Governance Coordinator will prepare agendas, manage SharePoint content, and streamline governance processes by integrating AI tools to reduce manual tasks. You'll work in-office 1-2 times per week for essential meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics for board, committee, and community meetings

• Prepare and distribute board meeting materials accurately

• Administer content for the SharePoint governance portal

• Engage in relationship-building with stakeholders

• Manage records and documentation for governance activities

Requirements:

• University degree or relevant diploma in Business or governance

• 3+ years of governance or administration experience

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools and SharePoint management

• Strong ability to communicate at all organizational levels

• Keen attention to detail in managing multiple tasks
