CIBC is looking for a Process Improvement Consultant to join their Optimization & Process Engineering Team. This position involves supporting comprehensive process re-engineering initiatives that optimize client experiences and boost profitability. You will work closely with various teams, leveraging your data analysis expertise to identify challenges and implement cutting-edge solutions.
Responsibilities- Analyze processes to identify and recommend improvements
- Present findings and solutions to diverse stakeholder groups
- Lead change management efforts to facilitate recent tool adoption
- Collaborate to develop strategies for efficiency enhancements
- Build relationships within teams to achieve common goals
- Degree in Finance, Data Science, or relevant discipline
- Experience in data analytics and consulting
- Familiarity with Capital Markets and their operations
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
- Exposure to process improvement frameworks or certifications
