Overview
Elevate retirement solutions as a Group Advantage Consultant with RBC in Mississauga. Leverage expert relationship-building and business development skills in this dynamic and mobile advisory position.
In this full-time role, you'll engage with commercial clients to enhance their Group Retirement Savings offerings. Your focus will be on lead generation and sales activation, making substantial contributions to business growth. You will also create referral opportunities with internal departments and external partners, ensuring a holistic approach to client needs.
Responsibilities- Anchor clients to Retirement Savings and Financial Wellness programs
- Identify referral opportunities for Mortgage Assistance and Capital Loan Programs
- Champion RBC Group Advantage value proposition in the market
- Build relationships with senior managers across banking platforms
- Enable acquisition of recent Group Advantage Sponsors
- Strong prospecting and networking skills
- Excellent relationship-building capability
- Independent and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience creating a referral network
- RPA or CEBS designation, or willingness to pursue
