Position: Strategic Head of New Markets in Fintech
Lead transformative growth as the Strategic Head of New Markets at Alternative Payments in Downtown Toronto. This hybrid role focuses on evaluating and launching new verticals.
As the Strategic Head of New Markets, you'll chart the course for growth at Alternative Payments.

Your role will include spearheading experimentation in the accounting services sector and assessing new market opportunities. Collaborate with various departments to align strategies, optimize performance, and engage customers effectively in innovative ways to redefine financial solutions for service-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall performance of the Accounting Services vertical

• Conduct growth experiments to refine acquisition strategies

• Analyze new market attractiveness and competitive landscapes

• Draft actionable GTM plans for new market entries

• Coordinate sales, marketing, and product alignment
Requirements:

• 7–12 years in growth or business development in B2B SaaS

• Demonstrated success transforming markets to revenue

• Strong collaborative communication skills

• Experience in companies with $3M–$30M ARR

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, context-switching environments
