FGF Group is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist focusing on indirect supplier management. This role involves collaboration, data analysis, and sourcing strategy execution.
As part of the strategic sourcing team, you will report to the Senior Director and assist in RFP processes and supplier evaluations. You'll collaborate internally to understand business needs while tracking supplier performance and supporting compliance. This is an excellent chance to contribute to sustainability efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support strategic sourcing for indirect categories
• Conduct RFI/RFP processes and data analysis
• Track supplier performance and compliance
• Collaborate with teams to align on sourcing needs
• Contribute to risk management and sustainability initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Procurement experience
• Strong analytical mindset with Excel proficiency
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Interest in food manufacturing or supply chain
