In this senior technical role, you will lead the development of investigative services procedures, monitor fraud trends, and maintain KPIs. Your deep understanding of claims management will help influence technical policy and improve claims handling practices. Continuous improvement and strategic development will be key in aligning with legislative changes and corporate goals.
Responsibilities- Lead implementation of investigative services procedures
- Collaborate with Fraud Analytics to monitor fraud trends
- Design and maintain KPIs using analytics tools
- Serve as a senior resource for technical standards
- Develop national policies aligning with legislative changes
- Minimum 7 years experience in claims environment
- 5 years technical experience in P&C, Fraud
- University degree in Business or related field
- Specialized knowledge in P&C fraud department
- Understanding of key performance indicators
