Senior Business Analyst - Post-Trade Operations

Transform post-trade operations as a Senior Business Analyst in Toronto. This hybrid role focuses on driving strategic business initiatives while requiring 2-3 office days each week.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Operations Governance and Oversight, you will utilize your 7+ years’ experience in financial services to author business documentation, manage complex projects, and engage cross-functional teams.

Your role is vital in navigating uncertainty and ensuring projects are aligned with CDS’s long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed business requirements and procedures

• Maintain momentum across multiple high-priority initiatives

• Connect diverse stakeholders from various sectors

• Research and architect solutions where none exist

• Propose actionable solutions to operational challenges

Requirements:

• 7+ years in capital markets or financial services

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field

• Strong documentation capabilities for diverse audiences

• High-performance execution in uncertain environments

• Extensive knowledge of Canadian securities industry
