Program Coordinator, Integrated Learning

JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Relations, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting internship students through the internship-for-credit lifecycle from admission to completion of the internship. The Program Coordinator will work closely with students enrolled in Smith Business Master’s programs including Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of International Business (MIB), and Master of Management Analytics (MMA), participating employers, and Smith Business academic programs.

The Program Coordinator will provide operational and student-facing support to ensure graduate students successfully secure, prepare for, and complete internships-for-credit, while maintaining strong employer partnerships and program compliance. This includes ensuring proper documentation and milestones are completed within required time frames, and working with stakeholders to facilitate support for students throughout the internship with academic deliverables.

This position is based out of Toronto, Ontario and is eligible for a hybrid work agreement.
