Your role will involve liaising with IT and stakeholders while identifying solutions to meet organizational goals. Proficiency in banking products, including savings and fixed-term deposits, is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage requirements gathering for IT projects

• Facilitate sessions to capture business and process requirements

• Document end-to-end business processes and changes

• Create project documentation and requirements specifications

• Mentor project teams in best practices and methods

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of business analysis experience

• Knowledge of deposit life cycles and core banking platforms

• Familiarity with loan origination processes
