Position: Senior Operations Analyst in A&H Division

Reporting to the VP of Accident & Health, you will work collaboratively with a team responsible for generating and managing business reports and dashboards. This role is essential for ensuring operational, financial, and performance reporting aligns with strategic goals. Additionally, you will support various projects including product launches that enhance the division's impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver operational, financial, and performance reports and dashboards

• Perform data analysis to support effective leadership decisions

• Manage and own monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting cycles

• Utilize business tools for data extraction and presentation

• Communicate insights to key stakeholders effectively

Requirements:

• University degree or relevant combination of education

• 5+ years in reporting with advanced analytics skills

• Familiarity with the insurance or financial services sector

• Strong communication skills to convey complex insights

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
