As a vital member of Rippling's International Sales team, you’ll be responsible for crafting operational systems and driving scalability within our revenue processes. You'll need analytical prowess and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively, ensuring the success of go-to-market motions in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own workflows from onboarding to revenue payouts
• Enhance data flows and automations in Salesforce
• Implement opportunities for operational scalability
• Build datasets for dashboard visibility in Sales and Finance
• Maintain rigorous reporting and define KPIs for success
Requirements:
• Over 5 years in Revenue Operations or a similar field
• Strong technical skills in Salesforce and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
• Knowledge of SQL and data management tools
• Independent contributor comfortable with complexity
• Strong communication prowess for stakeholder engagement
