In this pivotal role, you will blend data analysis and operational management to enhance revenue processes across North America. Collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Logistics, your efforts will directly shape commercial strategies. You'll uncover insights that enable effective decision-making and contribute significantly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and improve revenue forecasting methodologies across segments
• Lead weekly and quarterly sales and operations planning cycles
• Support end-to-end revenue process design and CRM adoption
• Drive quota setting and territory design with Sales leadership
• Ensure compliance and data quality within all sales processes
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
• Proven ownership of the forecasting process
• Hands-on experience with S&OP processes
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems
• Background in B2B Technology or SaaS environments
Contribute your analytical expertise and operational leadership to build SMART's revenue infrastructure and influence its growth trajectory.
