As an Associate Sales Director, you will assist in formulating sales strategies alongside the Senior National Sales Director. Your tasks will include managing sales forecasts, budget planning, and nurturing client relationships while ensuring successful retail execution. A strategic mindset and 8-15 years of relevant experience in the industry are crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies and goals

• Lead and mentor a team of Key Account professionals

• Monitor financial performance and adapt strategies

• Establish relationships with key retail partners

• Oversee promotional planning and execution alignment
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline

• 8-15 years of CPG/FMCG industry experience

• Proven sales leadership and client management

• Strong financial literacy in budgeting and forecasting

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
